Mini sobrasada tartlets with honey and pine nuts

    Extra virgin olive oil 5 ml. Pine nuts 40 g. Sobrasado 100 g. Soft honey, half a tablespoon. Base for mini tartlets 8

Easy and fun

We heat the oil in a small frying pan. Add the pine nuts and lightly toast them over low heat. We add the sobrasada, stir for a minute and pour the honey over it.
