Baked chicken with Sobrasada

    1 medium chicken 250 gr. Sobrasada de Mallorca El Zagal with Black Pork Salt and pepper Olive oil

First, we preheat the oven to 180º. Next, we open the chicken in half and season it to taste. We spread the sobrasada well on the inside and outside of the chicken. We place it open, skin side up, in a bowl and sprinkle with a drizzle of olive oil. We cover the source with aluminum foil and bake it for an hour. Then we remove the paper and let it bake for another half hour so that the chicken is crispy and the sobrasada melts well. We can accompany it with baked potatoes or a salad.
