Cod with sobrasada and honey

    2 or 4 desalted cod loins 100 g of Sobrasada de Mallorca El Zagal with honey, flour, oil

We pass the cod in flour, brown it on both sides in oil and reserve. In a frying pan without oil, fry the pieces of sobrasada with honey and when they begin to fall apart, add and stir well to form the sauce. Add the sauce on the cod fillets and bake for about 10 minutes at 160º so that the honey is caramelized and the room is concentrated. We serve with boiled potatoes with a little paprika and flake salt.
