Mini sobrasada tartlets with honey and pine nuts

    100 gr. Mallorca sobrasada 4 eggs 4 slices of bacon 100 ml. glass of milk 2 potatoes 1 glass of water 30 gr. butter Oregano Salt

Very fine and delicious!

We cook the potatoes with salt to make a puree, which will be the base of our sobrasada cream with egg and bacon. Cook well and drain the water, reserving a glass.
