Sobrasada and honey dumplings

    1 package of empanadilla wafers 100 g of sobrasada 2 teaspoons of honey 1 beaten egg (for painting)

Before we get down to work, we preheat the oven to 180ºC. The filling is as simple as mixing the sobrasada and honey in a bowl (you will notice that the sobrasada is harder at first and with the honey it softens).
