    12 medium or large eggs 125 gr. of traditional sobrasada El Zagal1 or 2 cans of natural tuna150 gr. cream cheese spread (brand to taste of each) salt vinegar Optional: iceberg lettuce and cherry tomatoes

Today we bring you another very good recipe to prepare as an aperitif.

In order to start with our recipe, first of all, we must cook a dozen eggs, we will do it in a pot with plenty of water, we will introduce vinegar and salt and we will leave them between 10 and 12 minutes, they must be well cooked, otherwise it will be difficult to extract the yolk for later use. When the time has elapsed we remove them from the heat, strain them and leave them in a bowl with cold water so that we can peel them without any problem.
