Potato salad with Sobrasada

    600 g of potatoes cooked with the skin 50 g of Sobrasada de Mallorca 1 onion, finely chopped A tablespoon of vinegar 1 dl of olive oil A tablespoon of chives cut into regular pieces Half a tablespoon of honey Lettuce leaves (various kinds) Salt and ground white pepper 1 dozen black olives

For this recipe we will start by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into slices. Next we put the potatoes in a pot to cook until they are soft, once they are cooked, drain and reserve.
