Potatoes stuffed with meat and sobrasada

    8 potatoes600 grs. of minced mixed meat100 grs. Mallorca sobrasada 2 onions Grated cheese Butter Pepper Salt

The first thing is to boil the potatoes (without peeling them) with a little salt. Once they are boiled, we take them out and let them cool. Once cold, we remove the skin and cut them in half. We remove the pulp (not all), and reserve it.
