The first thing is to boil the potatoes (without peeling them) with a little salt. Once they are boiled, we take them out and let them cool. Once cold, we remove the skin and cut them in half. We remove the pulp (not all), and reserve it.

This project has involved a total investment of €105,892.52, with a grant of €44,568.00, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
Thanks to this co-financing, we continue to make progress in the 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗵𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗮 𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗼 𝘆 𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗷𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗱 𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲́𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮 of our facilities.
