Puff pastry salads with sobrasada

25 MINUTES • 6 PEOPLE

1 rectangular puff pastry sheet Traditional Majorcan Sobrasada El Zagal 1 beaten egg

We preheat the oven to 180º. We line a tray with baking paper. We spread the puff pastry dough on the included parchment paper (so that it does not stick on the counter) and divide the dough into 3 rectangles. In the first one, we place a layer of sobrasada in the center, leaving space without sobrasada on both sides. We close the package by folding one side of the puff pastry and brush it with beaten egg. We fold the other one and join the puff pastry with the painted egg part so that it sticks. We turn the tube of filled puff pastry over and paint it with beaten egg. We cut it into 3 or 4-centimeter pieces and place them on the paper in the oven tray without touching. We bake for 15 or 20 minutes. It is indicative so when they are golden we take them out. They can be eaten hot or cold.
