Rice with sobrasada

    ¾ cup of rice100 gr of Sobrasada El Zagal Black Label1 liter of vegetable broth1 onion2 green peppers4 cloves of garlic1 carrot½ cup of peas½ cup of tomato puree OreganoTomillo½ teaspoon of turmeric1 pinch of saffron Salt Mild olive oil

First of all, we must chop the onion, garlic, peppers and carrot, in small pieces the sauce will be better. Once we have everything cut we must fry in a pan with a little olive oil until all the ingredients are well cooked.
