Rice with sobrasada and artichokes

    4 artichokes 200 gr. of Sobrasada El Zagal of Black Pork 3 cups of rice 6 small cups of chicken broth 6 tomatoes of ramallet Parsley 4 cloves of garlic 1 large onion Salt and pepper Olive oil

First, we cut the onion and the artichokes and we grate the tomatoes, then we sauté everything with olive oil together with the sliced garlic. Cook over medium heat until everything is browned and unified, stirring from time to time.
