Scrambled eggs with sobrasada

30 MINUTES • 2 PEOPLE

    3 Eggs (2 Whole and 1 Yolk) 2 Potatoes½ Onion 100 gr of Sobrasada de Mallorca El Zagal Oil Salt

Peel and wash the potatoes well and cut them into approximately 1 cm sticks. Cut the onion into strips and fry everything in a frying pan with plenty of oil over not very high heat. The potatoes have to be done but they should be soft, not crisp. Once done, we salt them and reserve on kitchen paper to release the excess oil.
