Semi-Rizada Black Pig

This is the most common sobrassada format, smaller in size than the 'curly' sobrassada. It is produced using the traditional process, with its respective curing process, which takes approximately six to twelve weeks. (Range: 400g - 500g)

INGREDIENTS

Bacon (antioxidants BHA, BHT and propyl gallate), lean pork, paprika, salt, dextrose, spices, stabilizer (pentasodium triphosphate). Natural pork casing.
