Sobrasada and cheese fritters

    200 gr sobrasada from Mallorca50 gr semi-cured Mahón cheese2 eggs flour olive oil

Perfect for an aperitif!

We take a bowl and put the soft sobrasada and add the grated cheese, mix well with a fork, and we make balls with a small spoon, and we go through flour, and then through the beaten eggs.
