    1 roll of fresh round puff pastry3 small zucchini1 / 3 pumpkin1 / 2 onion 100 grams of Sobrasada de Mallorca Tradicionsl4 large eggs2 very thin slices of Serrano cheese ham, grated mozzarella, olive oil and pepper

First of all, we must wash and slice the unpeeled zucchini. We must continue cutting the rest of the vegetables, but each one with its respective sizes. To cut the pumpkin we will do it in small dice and the onion we cut it into rings.
