Cauliflower gratin with sobrasada

Prepare the cauliflower:

Today we bring you another very good recipe to prepare as an aperitif.

First we must clean the cauliflower in a colander and once clean cut it into small trees. Once we have divided all the cauliflower we put it to boil with a little salt until it is aldente. We must strain it and let it cool to be able to manipulate it, once cold we can cut the pieces into not very thin slices and dress them.
