Artichokes stuffed with sobrasada and cheese

    2 artichokes per person Sobrasada de Mallorca Brie or goat cheese Extra virgin olive oil salt, pepper

We start by removing the hardest leaves of the artichokes, cut the stem and leave the base smooth so that they hold without tipping over. We prepare a bowl with water and lemon juice and we introduce them for 15 minutes.
