Ensaimada stuffed with sobrasada

    Half a cup of water Powdered sugar 1 ounce and a half yeast 3 eggs 500 gr. of strength flour 150 gr. Lard 130 gr. of sugar50 gr. Sobrasada

First we must prepare the dough, we will do it by mixing the flour and the eggs. On the other hand, we dilute the yeast in warm water and then mix with the flour and part of the sugar.
