Sobrasada balls from Mallorca and potato

    2 large potatoes El Zagal Traditional Sobrasada 2 eggs Flour Grated bread (in Mallorca we use minced biscuits)

To make this recipe, we must first boil the potatoes, we will boil them whole without peeling. To recognize if they are ready we can prick with a knife or toothpick and if it enters easily, they are ready.
