Spanish omelette with Sobrasada

    4 large potatoes5 eggs¼ Majorcan sobrasada El Zagal de Pork Negro½ onion Salt and pepper Virgin olive oil

First of all we must prepare the potatoes for our omelette, we peel them, wash them and cut them into not very thick slices. While we prepare them, we put a frying pan to heat with approximately half a glass of oil.
